    -3x + 2y = 4

    2y = 3x + 4

    y = 3/2x + 2

    so ur slope is 3/2 and ur y int is (0,2)

    ur x int can be found by subbing in 0 for y and solving for x

    -3x + 2 (0) = 4

    -3x = 4

    x = - 4/3 ... so ur x int is (-4/3,0)

    so plot ur x and y intercepts (0,2) and (-4/3,0) ... and start at (-4/3,0) and since ur slope is 2, go up 2 spaces and to the right 1 space, then up 2 spaces, and to the right 1 space ... keep doing this and u should cross the y axis at (0,2)
