Jason practiced making soccer goals and kept track of the results. He missed 3 goals but made 9 in one practice session. What can Jason predict regarding goals made if his next practice session has 24 tries? Jason will make 8 goals.

    Jason is making 3/9 of his shots which is 1 out of every 3 of his shots. So if he is making 1 shot for every 3 attempts then 24 attempts divided by 3 shots is 8. Meaning Jason could assume he will make 8 out of 24 shots.
