    To find how much you save, you need to find out how much you pay for each tire. Your 2 equations are

    2x=216 (x being the price of the tire, which you do not know)

    x=108

    4x=380

    x=95

    As you can see, the price of the tire from the manager's special is cheaper, but to find out by how much you subtract.

    108-95=13

    So you save $13 per tire.
