    First of all, you have to calculate slope of that,

    m = (y2-y1) / (x2-x1) = (2-0) / (1 - (-1)) = 2/2 = 1

    Equation would be y-y1 = m (x-x1)

    y-2 = 1 (x-1)

    y-2 = x-1

    y = x+1 ... it is the final equation
