A town has a clock tower with a bell that tolls the number of hours of the day. (The bell will toll six times at 6 a. m. and six times at 6 p. m.) How many times in a day will the bell toll?

    To find this you have to do: (1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12) x2

    This will give you 78 x 2. The bell will toll 156 times a day.
