    How many times would you have to put one dollar in the bank

    in order to have $8,000 in the bank?

    How many times would you have to walk one mile in order to

    reach a place that's 8,000 miles away from home?

    If it was eight thousand it would be eight thousand. If it was eight thousandths, that would be 8/1000
