    Log (18) - log (p+2)

because base of both logarithms is 10 that means we can merge them into one logarithm

    the rule is as fallows:

    log (b) - log (c) = log (b/c)

    log (b) + log (c) = log (b*c)

since sign between our 2 logarithms is - that means that we need to divide

    answer is:

    log (18 / (p+2))
