    Here we go

    an=a1 (r^ (n-1))

    a1=first term

    r=common ratio

    n=which term

    common ratio is - 2 (8 times - 2=-16, - 16*-2=32)

    first term is 8

    n is 14

    a14=8 * (-2) ^ (14-1)

    a14=8 * (2) ^13

    a14=8 * (-8192)

    a14=-65536
