    (3 * 15) / 4 = 45/4 = 11 ... remainder 1 ... each grandkid gets 11 cards ... equaling 44 cards ... leaving 1 left for Mr. Dawson

    The answer is C because 15 times 3 is 45 and 45 divided by 4 is 11 and 11 times 4 is 44.45 minus 44 is 1.
