How can you use your knowledge of gcf and distributive property to write equivalent expressions

    You can write an equivalent expression with this knowledge by taking a two numbers, and multiplying both of them by a number. You can extract the number by taking the gcf of both of them, and dividing them both by it and putting the numbers in a parenthesis and multiplying the numbers by the gcf.
