To find the rate yards per second:

    Convert minutes to seconds

    300 (five min.)

Then, 85.4/300 to find yards per second.

    = 0.28466667

    Then multiply by 70

    =19.9266669

Then multiply by 0.914 (meter in a yard)

    =18.2129735
