Jerome uses metal strips to make rectangular frames that are 8 inches long and 4 inches wide. What is the total length of the metal needed to make 5 frames?

    You add the lengths,

    8+4+8+4 to get one frame (2{8+4}) which equals 24 inches

    Then multiply that by 5,

    24 X 5 = 120 inches
