Our total mixture will be 7 gal - of that, we need 3.5 gal of each. Because we already have all the lime juice, there is 3.5 gal of it in the 70 - 30 mixture. 3.5 gallons represents 70%, and therefore means there are 5 gallons in the 70-30. We must add two gallons of lemon to get the total of 7 gallons. 2 gallons will also make the 1.5 gal of lemon (5-3.5) into 3.5
