    The answer is B

if they sell 130 mountain bikes with a profit of $ 40 each that is $ 5200

that leaves 320 bikes left of the 450 they build per week.

if all 320 are mountain bikes they make $ 50 profit each

    which is $ 16,000

    so $ 16,000 + $ 5,200 = $ 21,200 maximum profit
