A piggy bank containing only quarters has a mass of 850 grams when empty and 7822 grams when filled if a quarter weighs 5.6 grams estimate the money

    Number of quarters = (7822-850) / 5.6 = 1245

    multiply that by 0.25 (worth of a quarter) to get the amount of money in US dollars

    1245*0. 25=311.25$
