    Let the intergers be x and x + 1, then x (x + 1) = 3 (x + x + 1) - 3

    x^2 + x = 3 (2x + 1) - 3

    x^2 + x = 6x + 3 - 3

    x^2 - 6x + x = 0

    x^2 - 5x = 0

    x (x - 5) = 0

    x = 0 or x - 5 = 0

    x = 0 or x = 5

    The integers are 0 and 1 or 5 and 6.
