Leah wrote 2 different fractions with the same denominator. Both fractions were less than 1. Can their sum equal 1? Can their sum be greater than 1? Explain

    The answer is yes to both questions. Leah could write down 3/4 and 1/4 which would equal 1, but she could also write down 7/8 and 5/8 which is greater than 1.
