    If y directly varies with x that means that we can write:

    y = k*x

    if we implement y = 2,52 and x = 8,4 we can calculate k

    k = y/x = 0.3

    now we have k and x and need to find y

    y = k*x

    y = 0.3 * 2.7 = 0.81

    Answer is y = 0.81
