Who walks at a faster rate: someone who walks 60 feet in 10 seconds or someone who takes 5 seconds to walk 25 feet?

    In order to find the rate, you must see how many feet the people can walk per one second. Person A: 60 ft in 10 sec, so 60/10 = 6 so 6 ft per 1 second. Person B: 25 feet per 5 seconds, so 25/5 = 5, or 5 ft per 1 second. So person B would be faster.
