If g (x) is an odd function, which function must be an even function?

f (x) = g (x) + 2

f (x) = g (x) + g (x)

f (x) = g (x) 2

f (x) = - g (x)

    F (x) = g (x) + g (x), because two odds are always an even.

    Adding 2 does not produce an even from an odd.

    Squaring does not always produce an even from an odd.

    Multiplying by - 1 does not produce an even from an odd.
