    83 divided by 9 equals 9.2222

    9 multiplied by 9 equals 81

    83 subtract 81 equals 2

there will be 2 left over

If He Has 9 Friends, Then Each Of Them Will Get 9 Stamps Which Equals To 81. So There Will Be 2 Stamps Left
