If an impulse is a fraction of a second and 30 impulses equal 1/2 second, how many seconds is represented by 90 impulses?

    If 30 impulses =.5 seconds, and you need to fins out how many seconds in 90 impulses, you simply go (1/2) second + (1/2) second + (1/2) second = 1.5 seconds.
