    The area of circle A is nine times the area of circle B.

    c1:

    c=2*pi*r

    so imagining r = 3 then, c=6pi

    area=pi*r^2 = > 9pi

    c2:

    so imagining r = 9 then, c=18pi

    area=pi*r^2 = > 81pi

    81/9 = 9 so the answer is:

    The area of circle A is nine times the area of circle B.
