John bought 3 shirts for $12 each and 2 pairs of pants for $23 each. He used a coupon for $10 off his total purchase but then had to pay an additional $5.76 in tax. Write a numerical expression to find the total amount the John hap to pay for his clothes. Find the total amount.

    12+23=35-10=25

    25+5.76%=$26.44

    I hope I did that right we are just learning how to do taxes in class
