    400 tepizs/m^2 = 250$/m^2, 120 dollar/yard^2=143.51$/m^2, (because 1 tepiz = 0.625 dollars and 0.9144m = 1 yard, simple calculus), so

    250$ - 143.51$ = $106.4

    He lost $106.4
