A racing car used 255 litres of fuel to complete a 340 km race.

On average, how many litres of fuel did the car use every 100 km?

    So 255f for 340m. How much for 100m.

    255f=340m we need it to be 100m so we devide by 3.4.

    255/3.4f=340/3.4m

    So 75f=100m

    Or the car used 75 liters of fuel for 100 miles.
