    Substitute one by one and see which pair satisfy it.

    (-1,3)

    3=3 (-1)

    3=-3

    it is not true, so not a solution.

    (2,5)

    5=3*1

    5=3

    it is not true so not asolution.

    (1,3)

    3=3*1

    3=3

    it is true so (1,3) is a solution.

    (-2,-6)

    -6=3 * (-2)

    -6=-6

    which is true.

    Hence (-2,-6) is also a solution.
