    So the first thing you will do is to multiply the numbers.

    4*4=16

    4*3=12

    10*6=60,

    Now you put them into the start equation

    16-12+60.

    Start by taking 16-12=4

    After that add 4+60=64

    Your answer is therefore 64.

    A tip is to spilt it up when adding together in the end, if too many numbers feels confusing.
