For the graph x = 12 find the slope of a line that is perpendicular to it and the slope of a line parallel to it. Explain your answer with two or more sentences

    X = 12 has a slope of 0, as it is a constant and perfectly horizontal. Slope is found through rise/run; the line 'runs' for infinity, and 'rises' 0, so the slope is zero. Parallel lines share slope. A line perpendicular (perfectly vertical) to it would have a slope infinity/zero, therefore, it is undefined as you cannot divide by zero.
