Sophie is eating a 50-gram chocolate bar which contains 30% of coca. How many grams of coca are in the chocolate bar?

    So 30% of the chocolate bar is cocoa and if the bar is 50g it's the following:

    (50x30) / 100 = 15

    which means 15 grams of the chocolate bar is pure cocoa
