Sarah has a laundry bag in the shape of a cylinder. The area of the bottom of the bag can be written as the function A (x) = x2 - 2 feet and the height is H (x) = 5 feet. Write a function, V (x), that represents the volume of the bag.

    As we know the volume of a prism is the product of height and base are

    H (x) = height, A (x) = Base area

    Thus,

    When volume = height (base area)

    V (x) = A (x) · H (x)

    = (x²-2) (5)

    = 5 (x² - 2)
