    If you want to know what the thickness of 6 pennies is;

    0.061 inches / 8 = thickness of one penny = 0.007625

    0.007625 * 6 = thickness of 6 pennies = 0.04574 inches

    If your asking what the place value of the 6 is, it is in the hundredths place
