    F (x) = 0.6x + 13 ... this is part A (or could be written as y = 0.6x + 13)

    1 meter = 100 cm ... so 0.208 meters = (0.208*100) = 20.8 cm

    20.8 = 0.6x + 13

    20.8 - 13 = 0.6x

    7.8 = 0.6x

    7.8/0.6 = x

    13 = x ... so for part B, ur answer is 13 days
