    Distribution A:

    X m = (11 + 12 + 13 + 14 + ... + 22) : 12 = 198 : 12 = 16.5

    s² (A) = (5.5² + 4.5² + 3.5² + ... + 3.5² + 4.5² + 4.5²) / 11

    Distribution B:

    X m = (111 + 112 + 113 + ... + 122) : 12 = 1398 : 12 = 116.5

    s² (B) = (5.5² + 4.5² + 3.5² + ... + 3.5² + 4.5² + 5.5²) / 11

    s² (A) = s² (B)

    s (A) = s (B) - standard deviations are the same.

    Answer: False.
