A local corner store sold small and large gyps of iced tea. In the first hour, they made $24 by selling 6 small cups and $40 by selling 8 large cups. If the amount charged for each cup remains constant, how much more money would they make by selling another 12 large cups?

    40:8=5

    5*12=60

    they could make $60 more by selling 12 more large cups
