Describe how to find the least common multiple of three numbers. Give an example.

    LCM (28, 30, and 35)

    - Make factor tree for the first number.

    - Add any prime factors of 30 that are not in the 28 tree.

    - Add any prime factors of 35 that are not in the 30 tree.

    - Multiply all together and you will get your LCM.

    2 | 28 30 35

    5 |14 15 35

    2 |14 3 7

    7 |7 3 7

    1 3 1

    LCM = 2*2*3*5*7 =
