A round swimming pool has a circumference of 66 feet Carlos snags to buy a rope or put across the diameter of the pool the rope costs $0.45 per foot, and Carlos need 4 feet more than the diameter of the pool. how much will Carlos pay for the rope?!

    The circumference of a circle is the diameter times pi. So, 66 ft = pi x d. 66 divided by pi is roughly 21, so the diameter is 21 ft. 21 + 4 = 25. 25 x $0.45 = $11.25
