    0.01 pound, assuming the 100 samples are also all identical.

    So 10things=0.001lb

    find 100things

    10tings=0.001

    10things to 0.001 = 100things to y

    10t/0.001=100t/y

    mulltiply both sides by y

    10ty/0.001=100t

    multiply both sides by 0.001

    10ty=0.1t

    divide both sides by 10t

    y=0.01lb

    the weight of 100 samples is 0.01 lb
