So the ratio of employee to instructor is 24:2, which can be reduced to 12:1

If we have 22 instructors, that means there are 12 workers for every intructor (again with the 12:1 raito of employee to instructor).

    Thus, 22 instructors x 12 = # of employees = 264 employees
