A researchers garden contains 90 sweet pea plants, which have either white or purple flowers. about 70 of the plants have purple flowers, and about 20 have white flowers. would you expect that one plant randomly selected from the garden will have purple or white flowers? Explain.

    I would expect it to be purple because the odds of getting purple are 7:2.
