    1 gallon is 231 inches cubed of paint.

    10 * 12 * 1.9685 (5 cm) = 236.22 inches cubed in the tray.

    So the paint doesn't fill the tray.

    236.22 - 231 = 5.22 inches cubed (85.5 cm cubed) left in the tray.

    The closest answer choice would be Answer B)
