A number that is less than 1 and has 2 decimal. the hundreds place has a value of 5/100. the digit in the tenths place has a value of 2/10. what's the number

    It should be 0.25, 5/100 means 0.005 and 2/10 means 0.2, so the integer place should be 0 in order to be smaller than 1
