    No because 1 m equals 100 mm. So 3.2 times 100 doesnt equal 320. It equals 3200

I like to think of it like this, King Henery Doesn't Usually Drink Chocolate Milk Kilo. Hecto. Deka. Unit. Deci. Centi. Milli (meters, grams, liters) So if you had 3.2 meters (Usually), you would move the decimal 3 places to the right, 3.2 m, 32 decimeters, 320 centimeters, 3,200 millimeters, so no 3.2 m is not the same as 320 mm
