Hello:

t²-16 = t²-4² = (t-4) (t+4)

t²+3t-28 = (t-4) (t+7)

(t²+3t-28) / (t²-16) = (t-4) (t+7) / (t-4) (t+4)

= (t+7) / (t+4) ... (Simplify by : (t-4)) and t no 4.
