How do you find a whole number from a percent?

    Percents are just numbers that are actually just hundredths (decimal) so to convert that you would make the percent into a decimal or just make the first digit of the percent to a hundredths digit. for example 77% is 0.77

    like 22 as a percent would be 22% and 22 as a decimal would be. 22
