A ratio is seen as 4 vs 3 so out of 4+3=7, 4 are orange and 3 are blue.

4/7 are orange, 3/7 are blue

The number of orange fish is 1 1/3 times the number of blue bc 4/3 and 4/7:3/7 equals 1 1/3
