A lake has 7 more ducks than fish. there are 8 fish. how many ducks are there?

    7 more ducks per fish. if there are 8 fish, there would be 7 ducks for each of the fish. 7 ducks * 1 fish = 7 ducks. 7 ducks * 8 fish = 56 ducks
