Freddy is buying wings and nachos for a party. A box of 10 wings cost $7.00. Nachos cost $4.00 per tray. He must spend less that $40 on the wings and nachos. Using 'x' to represent wings and ' y ' to represent nachos, select values below that will create an inequality that correctly represents the possible number of wings and nachos Freddy can buy and still be within his budget.

    Freddy can buy 4 box of wings for $28 and 3 trays of nachos for $12!

    I'd say 4x + 3y

    They add up to 40
