    Convert to slope intercept form which is y=mx+b where m=slope and b=y-intercet

    basically, we want only 1 y on one side so

    3y+2x=12

    subtract 2x from both sides

    3y=12-2x

    divide both sides by 3

    y=4-2/3x

    y=-2/3x+4

    y-intercept=4

    so in (x, y) form

    the y intercept is when the line crosses the y axis or when x=0 so

    (0,4) is thea nswer

    A is the answer
