    I can't see any diagram but the correct statement should be:

    "Salinity decreases because the stream adds freshwater to the ocean"

    The other statements are false.

    T Salinity decreases because the stream adds freshwater to the ocean

    F Salinity increases because the stream adds freshwater to the ocean
